  • Work closely with R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product ramp-up.
  • Conduct Design for Testability (DFT) reviews and provide engineering feedback during product development stages.

Mass Production Support

  • Monitor and maintain test equipment and systems to ensure stable and reliable performance during mass production.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce test cycle time, increase throughput, and minimize downtime.
  • Provide on-floor technical support to production operators and technicians to resolve test-related issues promptly.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular test performance reports and present findings to the Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as test yield, test coverage, cycle time, and equipment uptime.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve test processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall test efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects within the Engineering Department.
  • Support the implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives to modernize test operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on test requirements and product quality standards.
