- Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the tender drawing.
- Call and prepare subcontractors quotation.
- Prepare labour and material budgets for new project.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and project final account.
- Prepare for sub-contractor certificate of payment
- Estimate and prepare of quotation of VOs.
- Perform any other contract duties assigned by superior
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Confident with written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
