Senior Key Account Manager

Job Summary

  • Developing strategic accounts, identifying new project opportunities, managing customer relationships, driving tender/RFP engagement, coordinating internal solution teams, and achieving revenue and profit targets.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Developing strategic accounts, existing and new, engage with telcos, government agencies, ICT SIs, enterprises.
  • Identifying new project opportunities and driving tender/RFx engagement and submission.
  • Coordinating internal solution and delivery teams and achieving revenue and profit targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new relationships and partnerships with target customers.
  • Handle day-to-day account management, customer engagements, business communication and current project implementation together with other teams (e.g. solution, delivery and maintenance, procurement etc.) engaged in the projects.
  • Drive/assist in quotation, contract follow-up and payment collection for projects engaged.
  • Collect market information, customer data and competition scenario updates for business analysis.
  • Promote and maintain the company’s brand image in Malaysia market.
  • Perform any other tasks when required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, key account management or business development in the industry of telco or ICT.
  • Experienced in winning and implementing projects with telcos, government agencies, ICT SIs etc. (e.g. Maxis, CelcomDigi, KKOM, MCMC, TNB)
  • Strong capability to handle complex and various procurement/partnership processes work(e.g. RFI、RFQ, RFP, LOI/LOA, BOQ, Technical Clarification, Compliance, Partnership/Teaming,SST/Contracting etc.). Experienced in Mega Projects/Tenders would be a plus.
  • Sufficient understanding of GPON, Transport network, enterprise network, telecommunication infrastructure, FTTx technologies etc. for business development purposes.
  • Familiar with Malaysia telco, ICT market and able to independently develop and manage projects from business clue to payment collection.
  • Strong customer relationship management, communication and business negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented and able to work under sales pressure and able to work independently and drive business opportunities proactively. Able to perform individual tasks as well as be a good team player.
  • Sufficient understanding of various business mode and strong sense of risk control to manage and mitigate the business risks by reasonable means.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be a plus.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
