Key Responsibilities
Quality Control &
- Assurance
- Monitor and enforce quality standards across all stages of the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to finished goods.

- Investigate product defects, non-conformances, and customer complaints through systematic root cause analysis (RCA).
- Implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to address quality concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage and maintain the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
Process Improvement &

- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

- Monitor quality KPIs such as defect rate, yield, customer return rate, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive improvement actions.
Compliance &
- Quality Systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality management system (QMS) documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality certifications such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent.
- Ensure all quality processes and documentation are audit-ready at all times.
Audit Support
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Prepare audit reports, track audit findings, and ensure timely closure of audit action items.
- Support supplier quality audits and work with procurement teams to ensure supplier compliance with quality standards.
Customer &
- Supplier Quality Management
- Act as the primary quality contact for customers, addressing quality concerns and providing timely responses to customer complaints.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve incoming material quality issues and drive supplier quality improvement programs.
- Review and approve supplier quality documentation including PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Represent the Quality Department in cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and NPI activities.
- Provide quality engineering support during new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent.
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies including FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D, and CAPA.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional and customer-facing collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
