Part-time Accounting Assistant

Position: Part-Time Account Staff

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Shift Options: Morning Shift (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or Afternoon Shift (1:30 PM - 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
  • Assist in invoicing and payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support for other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field (experience in E-Invoicing is added advantage).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant accounting certification or diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
