Job Responsibilities
- To establish and ensuring plant operations according to Facility procedures, Facility program, and maintaining other requirements set by the Company.
- To ensure basic facilities such as water, heating, AHU, PAHU, HVAC are well maintained.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain special gas systems (bulk gas, cylinder gas, gas cabinets, pipelines, alarms, and monitoring systems)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections, leak checks, and safety audits for gas systems
- Coordinate with gas suppliers, contractors, and service vendors for installation, maintenance, and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and internal EHS requirements
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, risk assessments, and maintenance records
- Provide technical support and training to relevant teams on gas system safety and operation
- Work closely with Facilities, EHS, Production, and Engineering teams to support overall plant operation
- Follow up on inspection/audit by TNB, DOSH, DOE, MBSP, IWK, BOMBA Fire Certificate audit and any activities related to internal and external requirement.
- Other adhoc task/project as assigned by superior from time to time."
- Degree in Facilities Management or Electrical Engineering / Technology or Mechanical Engineering / Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Facilities Operations & Maintenance or related
- Proficient in operating procedures for HVAC, gas, and fire protection systems, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Attractive remuneration: transport allowance , meal allowance, mobile allowance and others.
