Job Description:

  1. Assist in gathering information about software and subscription entitlement usage.
  2. Assist in obtaining feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Scores
  3. Reminding/Informing existing customers about the subscription renewal period
  4. Obtain the customer's renewal decision and keep track of the renewal status of the customer's subscription
  5. Assist in the response/escalation of customer inquiries and concerns directly in order to make sure that they are addressed.
  6. Ensure CRM asset information is up to date
  7. Provide regular reports to respective team (Internal customer).
  8. Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the management

Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, customer service or a related field.
  2. SPM Holder are welcome to apply too.
  3. No experience needed. Fresh Graduates may apply!
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize several task effectively.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Following guideline to provide solution to customer.
  8. Proactive and self-motivated.
  9. Adaptable to changing business needs and customer requirements.
  10. Collaborative and team oriented.
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
