Assistant Takaful Manager

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our leadership fast-track program as an Assistant Takaful Manager. This role is designed for those who aim to transition into management while mastering financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Advisory: Provide Shariah-compliant financial planning and consultation to clients.
  • Business Development: Implement creative marketing strategies to expand the agency's client base.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and review client policies to ensure long-term financial security.
  • Team Support: Assist senior managers in coordinating agency activities and roadshows.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum SPM with 5 passes (Mandatory for TBE licensing).
  • Nationality: Open to Malaysians only.
  • Mindset: Seeking professional, serious, and creative candidates who are goal-oriented.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
