Administrative Clerk

Job Description:

  • Use AutoCount system (GRN / STF).
  • Handle stock in and stock out records.
  • Process and claim petty cash.
  • Assist in preparing employees’ salaries / payroll.
  • Manage filing and company documents.
  • Handle payments and basic financial transactions.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or relevant certificate.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
