Role: Senior Consulting Architect Elastic Search.

Essential Qualifications
Elastic Certification: Required Active Elastic Certified Engineer certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years as a Consulting Architect, Senior Technical Consultant, or equivalent senior IT functional role delivering to E-commerce and Document Search clients.
- Consulting History: A strong history of working as a Consultant delivering professional services engagements in complex enterprise environments.
- Domain Expertise:
- Experience in solving complex technical Search problems in terms of relevancy, scaling, performance fine-tuning, building a platform to handle high query throughputs and indexing throughput, benchmarking clusters to achieve optimal performance.
- Experience with Analysers, BM25, Vector Search, Fuzzy match, Search as you type, Hybrid Search, Tokenization, KNN, LLMs,
- Experience in leading and delivering Enterprise Search projects at both the architectural and program level including ILM, Sharding, Capacity models, scaling, on premise, ECE, ECK, Serverless
- Experience in GenAI,Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI, and vector embeddings.
- Deep understanding of distributed architecture including application, database and systems.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with on-prem systems and/or major public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Technical Depth: Hands-on experience in Linux, networking, security, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.
- Programming/Scripting: Experience utilizing programming or scripting languages in a corporate environment (e.g., Python, Javascript, Go).
- Communication: Exceptional customer advocacy, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead and articulate technical solutions and business value to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
