Retention Marketing Specialist (On-Site ONLY/ No Remote Work)

Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY: TLF’s Email, SMS, & Push Acquisition & Retention Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution from reputed company to final execution and analysis of reputed company SMS/MMS, email, web and app push, flows and campaigns leveraging best reputed company and reputed company-hacking techniques to reputed company new approaches to on and off-site customer leads and acquisition, while also ensuring the highest level of sales, customer engagement, retention, and CLV. This position will be accountable for collaborating across various depts and teams in developing, planning, and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly campaign development, automated flows, and applying creative assets with a primary reputed company on meeting reputed company and CTR, CRO, ROAS/ROI and reputed company metrics and forecasts per channel; while reporting the corresponding data and KPI’s for these initiatives to the marketing department, leadership, and CEO on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/ and annual reputed company. This role requires a reputed company strategic and creative thinker with excellent analytical skills to drive the day-to-day marketing initiatives, developing an extensive and well-planned marketing calendar that is cohesive across reputed company platforms and channels and meets TLF’s brand aesthetics, voice, and messaging for reputed company campaigns and flows. POSITION ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ( INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW): · Campaign Development and Execution: • * Must have 5 years of building intricate and proven automated flows and campaigns, A/B testing CTA's, different types of content, design layouts, offers, frequency, and analyzing reputed company data for areas for opportunities, and continuously optimizing reputed company, click-through, conversion, and repurchase rates, and making weekly improvements based on data and KPI's (across reputed company marketing platforms). • Must be an expert in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and nurturing leads from reputed company stage of the funnel(i.e., TOFO, MOFU, reputed company), and developing strategies for repeat purchasing every 30-45 days, and ultimately getting customers to become reputed company advocates and brand ambassadors. • Using standard and uniquely crafted flows and campaigns (i.e. reputed company capture forms, welcome flows, abandoned cart and checkout flows, browse abandonment flows, new release and best seller campaigns, loyalty and VIP program flows, win back, and dormant customer re-engagement; in reputed company, to creating customized campaigns using segmented customers attributes, promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, product category driven flows using style, size, reputed company, reputed company, and customer data, continuously optimizing engagement, reputed company, click through, and conversion rates. • Personally design, build, and execute reputed company aspects of a reputed company and/or campaign for emails, SMS/MMS, app push notifications, web browser push notifications, marketing campaigns, and automated flows across reputed company marketing platforms. • * Write compelling on brand copy for email, SMS, and push notifications. • Design and format emails using templates and HTML/CSS reputed company necessary. • Coordinate and collaborate with innovation & design, graphic designers, video production, brand management, and e-reputed company teams to ensure visual content and messaging align with brand standards and campaign objectives and goals. · Audience Segmentation and Personalization: • * Utilize customer data to reputed company audiences and personalize messages. • Implement A/B testing to optimize content, subject lines, send times, and layouts. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine targeting and messaging strategies. • Analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. • reputed company customers based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage to reputed company retention efforts. · Analytics and Reporting: • * Track and report on key metrics such as reputed company rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROAS/ROI, CLV, and reputed company forecasts and goals per channel. • Use data to reputed company informed reputed company and improve reputed company campaigns. • Prepare regular performance reports for management and stakeholders. · Compliance and Best Practices: • * Ensure reputed company campaigns reputed company with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and DMARC). • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email, SMS, and push marketing. • Conduct regular audits of marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. · Collaboration and Communication: • * Work closely with the marketing and e-reputed company teams to align campaigns with the overall marketing reputed company. • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to reputed com
