OWA8 Launch The Amazon operations team is looking for Dock Clerks with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Dock Clerks will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.

Things to know about working in an Amazon Fulfillment Center:
- We’re committed to providing a safe work environment. This means you wear a reflective vest, stretch and recognize others for working safely.
- We have a relaxed, casual dress code (as long as your attire meets our safety requirements).
- We work to regulate our sites as much as possible, but even with climate controls the noise and temperature levels can vary day to day. Hearing protection is available.

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
