Sin Experiencia Desde IMAN CALAHORRA buscamos incorporar un/a Operario/a Cerrador para línea de producción en empresa del sector alimentario. La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso de cerrado y llenado de envases, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad alimentaria y control de proceso.

Si tienes experiencia en entornos industriales y te interesa trabajar en una empresa con procesos productivos consolidados, queremos conocerte.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de la máquina cerradora durante todo el proceso productivo.
Controlar el proceso de cerrado y lotificación según las instrucciones de trabajo establecidas (PCC) .
Verificar el correcto llenado de los envases en línea de producción.
Realizar la comprobación continua de las especificaciones de cerrado del producto.
Alimentar la línea de producción con tapas en buen estado.
Facilitar al laboratorio envases cerrados vacíos para controles destructivos antes del inicio de la producción y cada 4 horas.
Cumplimentar los registros de control asignados.
Comunicar cualquier incidencia o desviación al departamento de laboratorio/calidad.
Participar en la puesta en marcha y mantenimiento básico de máquinas de dosificación de líquido de gobierno, cerradoras y mesas de enjaule.
Preparar el líquido de gobierno según especificaciones.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Contrato a jornada completa.
Turnos rotativos de mañana o tarde.
Incorporación a una empresa del sector alimentario con procesos productivos consolidados.
Contrato de 3m con posibilidad de pasar a empresa.Experiencia previa de 1 a 3 años en entornos de producción, preferiblemente en industria alimentaria.

Conocimientos en control de PCC en procesos de cerrado.

Conocimientos básicos en manipulación de alimentos y buenas prácticas de higiene.
