A convenir Tipo de contrato: Indefinido Jornada: Jornada Completa Años de experiencia: Sin Experiencia Desde IMAN Temporing, empresa especializada en RRHH, queremos acompañarte en tu trayectoria laboral. #Desde Grupo Iman, buscamos un/a Técnico de RRHH para colaborar en la gestión y apoyar los procesos del área de Recursos Humanos, garantizando una correcta administración del personal y el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente para una empresa ubicada en Castell de Ferro. ¿Gestión integral de los procesos de selección de personal (publicación de ofertas, cribado de candidaturas, entrevistas y coordinación de incorporaciones) Administración laboral: contratos, altas y bajas, gestión de documentación laboral, nominas, seguros sociales,..
Seguimiento del plan de acogida e integración del personal.
Apoyo en la gestión de la formación interna y externa.
Colaboración en la evaluación del desempeño y en planes de desarrollo profesional.
Gestión de incidencias laborales, absentismo y control horario.
Aplicación y seguimiento de las políticas internas de RR. Apoyo en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales y coordinación con el servicio de PRL.

Jornada intensiva julio y agosto, con horario de 7:30 a 14:30 de lunes a viernes Titulación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos, Psicología y Derecho • Formación complementaria en gestión de personas, legislación laboral o selección de personal.
- Experiencia mínima: más de 3 años en un puesto similar dentro de un departamento de Recursos Humanos.
- Valorable experiencia en empresas del sector industrial, agroalimentario.
- Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (especialmente Excel y Word). Manejo de software de gestión de RR. HH. y plataformas de empleo Conocimientos en prevención de riesgos laborales.
Experiencia en gestión de ETTs y convenios colectivos.
