Técnico Senior de Infraestructura IT y cloud Desde HAYS estamos colaborando con una empresa tecnológica ubicada en Bizkaia, especializada en servicios IT, infraestructura y cloud, que se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Técnico Senior de Infraestructura IT y Cloud. La persona seleccionada se incorporará a un equipo técnico donde dará soporte N2-N3, participando en la resolución de incidencias complejas de sistemas, servidores e infraestructura cloud, así como en tareas de mejora y mantenimiento de la plataforma IT. Se trata de una posición clave, con alto componente técnico, dentro de una compañía estable y con recorrido. ¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA ENCAJAR?

Experiencia consolidada en infraestructura IT en entornos empresariales, desempeñando funciones de soporte N2-N3.
Capacidad para analizar y resolver incidencias complejas de sistemas que escalan desde niveles inferiores.
Experiencia en administración de entornos Cloud, tanto a nivel de operación como de soporte.
Conocimientos sólidos en administración de servidores (Windows Server mayormente).
Experiencia previa con entornos virtualizados (VMware, Hyper-V o similares).
Base técnica en cloud híbrido y conectividad entre entornos on-premise y cloud.
Conocimientos en seguridad IT y cloud security, incluyendo firewalls, respaldo de datos, antivirus y soluciones EDR.
Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de ticketing y gestión de incidencias en entornos productivos.
Perfil autónomo, con capacidad de priorización, mentalidad resolutiva y orientación a servicio.
Formación técnica relacionada (FP, Grado o equivalente), valorable. PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES - Resolución de tickets de sistemas e infraestructura IT de nivel N2-N3, dando soporte avanzado a clientes y/o usuarios internos.
Administración, mantenimiento y evolución de infraestructura Cloud, incluyendo:
Gestión de recursos cloud - Soporte a entornos híbridos - Control de accesos, permisos y conectividad - Administración y soporte de servidores físicos y virtuales, garantizando rendimiento, disponibilidad y seguridad - Intervención en incidencias complejas de sistemas que requieren diagnóstico avanzado y análisis técnico.
Soporte y mantenimiento de plataformas de virtualización.
Participación en tareas relacionadas con seguridad IT y cloud:
Gestión básica de firewalls y reglas - Antivirus, EDR y políticas de protección - Copias de seguridad y recuperación - Monitorización proactiva de sistemas y detección de posibles incidencias.
Documentación técnica y apoyo puntual a técnicos de niveles inferiores.
