Drive revenue, margin, and market share through strategic account management, business development, and cross-functional execution with branch operations and commercial leadership.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• Own regional parts revenue, margin, and growth targets<br>• Manage and develop a portfolio of 300+ customer accounts<br>• Identify new business opportunities, competitive conversions, and bid participation<br>• Grow share-of-wallet within existing accounts and win conquest accounts<br>• Conduct regular customer visits and build executive-level relationships<br>• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with Regional Commercial Director strategy<br>• Analyze buying patterns, gaps, and trends to uncover incremental sales opportunities<br>• Partner with branches, operations, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery<br>• Present solutions, pricing, and programs that improve profitability and retention<br>• Manage territory expenses and forecast performance accurately<br>• Maintain CRM/SAP reporting and pipeline visibility<br><br><strong>Core Competencies</strong><br>• Territory and account management<br>• Sales strategy and business development<br>• Negotiation and influence<br>• Financial acumen (revenue, margin, forecasting)<br>• Strong communication across all customer levels (shop floor to executive)<br>• Organized, self-directed, and results-driven<br>• Problem solving and decision-making<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>• BA/BS in Business or related field preferred<br>• 3-5+ years parts sales or heavy-duty truck/bus aftermarket experience<br>• Working knowledge of bus/coach industry and competitors<br>• Mechanical aptitude and product knowledge<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/CRM tools<br>• Ability to travel ~70%<br>• Bilingual (English/French/Spanish) a plus<br><br><strong>Working Relationships</strong><br>Collaborates closely with:<br>• Regional Commercial Director<br>• Branch Operations Teams<br>• Inside Sales & Customer Support<br>• Prevost cross-functional teams<br><br>At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company's growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $111,100.00 - $137,200.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
