Training And Quality Manager

<p>About the Role</p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Training & Quality Manager</strong> to support our growing GenAI/LLM practice. The role will be responsible for driving training excellence, quality governance, process improvement, and performance management across large-scale operations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end training lifecycle management including certification and re-certification.</li><li>Establish and govern quality assurance frameworks and performance standards.</li><li>Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and early-warning systems for operational performance.</li><li>Manage calibration programs and ensure alignment between Training, Quality, and Operations teams.</li><li>Partner with Delivery, Analytics, and Workforce teams to improve quality and business outcomes.</li><li>Support large-scale program ramp-ups while maintaining operational excellence.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>8–15 years of experience in Training, Quality, Operations, or Project Management.</li><li>Experience in AI/Data Annotation, GenAI, BPO, Trust & Safety, or related industries.</li><li>Strong expertise in Quality Management, RCA, Audits, Process Improvement, and Governance.</li><li>Advanced Excel and reporting skills.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
