<div>Position Purpose: The Regional Associate Relations manager (RARM) is responsible for executing the strategy for promoting fair and consistent employment practices. The RARM ensures a positive associate relations environment to enhance overall performance in driving customer service and sales. The RARM reports to the Division Director of Associate Relations.
