TU MISIÓN EN ORMAZABAL
Tu papel será clave en garantizar que obtenemos la excelencia en la cadena de suministro, detectando y traccionando mejoras hasta la consecución de los objetivos.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Detectar las necesidades de mejora en la cadena de suministro mediante la participación en los foros industriales así como en foros con proveedores y clientes.
- Participar en la definición de los proyectos prioritarios para la cadena de suministro, así como traccionar los mismos, para la mejora en la gestión:
- establecer los hitos claves de cada proyecto y asegurar su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma
- participar en la definición de los KPIs del área para alcanzar y mantener los resultados objetivo
- realizar el seguimiento de los KPis, estableciendo las acciones preventivas y correctivas necesarias en caso de desviación
- Asegurar el suministro de la planta de producción desde los distintos almacenes al menor coste posible y asegurando el mantenimiento y la fiabilidad de los sistemas de gestión: gestionando los proveedores de trasporte, el stock y auditando la información del sistema.
- Participar en la industrialización de los nuevos productos definiendo los modelos de suministro para cada uno de los componentes, garantizando su incorporación en la gestión diaria y asegurando el suministro al cliente en tiempo y forma del producto final.
- Asegurar que los pedidos llegan en tiempo y forma a los proveedores y controlar y solucionar cualquier falta de suministro de proveedores que suponga un problema para la compañía.
- Realizar las gestiones diarias en BAAN de Recepción, Venta, Facturación, etc., así como la resolución de incidencias en facturas derivadas de diferencias con los proveedores.
- Garantizar el mantenimiento de los sistemas en relación con los aprovisionamientos y desarrollar herramientas para su mejora.

- Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior o Universitario y experiencia previa en procesos logísticos.
