Con más de 30 años de experiencia, un equipo de 8.000 profesionales (de los cuales 4.000 tienen algún tipo de discapacidad), y presencia en España, Francia y Andorra, trabajamos cada día por una sociedad más inclusiva y sostenible.
Misión: La persona seleccionada será la responsable de la gestión integral de la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de la oficina de SABADELL, con un rol operativo y de apoyo al departamento de RRHH.
Responsabilidades
- Asesorar a responsables, mandos intermedios y dirección en materia de PRL.
- Realizar inspecciones de campo, auditorías internas y visitas a centros y clientes.
- Gestionar la documentación preventiva interna y externa (certificaciones, accesos a instalaciones de clientes, etc.).
- Investigar accidentes e incidentes laborales, definir medidas correctoras y realizar su seguimiento.
- Elaborar evaluaciones de riesgos, planes de seguridad, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo seguro.
- Desarrollar, implantar y hacer seguimiento de planes de acción en materia de seguridad y salud.
- Reportar indicadores, siniestralidad y resultados al servicio corporativo correspondiente.
Requisitos
- Formación: Formación mínima de Grado en Prevención de riesgos laborales. Máster en PRL con las tres especialidades.
- Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
- Sector: Facility Services
- Idiomas: Dominio del castellano y comprensión de catalán.
- Carnet de conducir B.
- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
- Valorable: Conocimientos y experiencia en Smartohss.
