Requisitos
Requisitos:- Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas de
Información o similar.
- Valorable Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red (ASIR) o equivalente.
- Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en soporte técnico IT y administración de sistemas.
- Experiencia en soporte a usuarios en entornos corporativos (Service Desk / CAU).
- Conocimientos en administración de sistemas Microsoft, redes y microinformática.
- Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y asumir responsabilidades operativas.
- Atender, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias N1/N2 y escalados N3 relacionadas con puestos de trabajo, aplicaciones y servicios IT.
- Soporte técnico a usuarios mediante CAU / Service Desk.
- Administración de entornos Microsoft Windows (Windows 10/11) y Microsoft 365.
- Gestión y mantenimiento de Active Directory (usuarios, grupos, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
- Instalación y mantenimiento de equipos informáticos y periféricos.
- Soporte básico de red LAN/WiFi, cableado estructurado y conectividad.
- Soporte de telefonía IP.
- Participación en la distribución y gestión centralizada de parches y software.
- Colaboración en monitorización y mantenimiento preventivo de sistemas.
- Documentación de incidencias y procedimientos.
- Participación en tareas transversales del área de sistemas.
