As part of the Shift4 Transformation division, our Knowledge Management team creates content to enable learning and world-class performance for our employees, sales partners and product end users. We are looking for a writer that is passionate about contributing to a learning culture through awesome user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Write, Review edit and maintain technical and process documentation following Shift4's guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to address content gaps and incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify and address documentation gaps based on user feedback, support insights and stakeholder input.
- Produce documentation that is clear, concise, and tailored to the intended audience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve documentation processes.
- Manage assigned tasks and projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain consistent formatting, tagging, and structure across knowledge content.
- Participate in documentation review and contribute ideas to improve processes, templates, and user experience.

Qualifications:
- 1-4+ years of experience in technical writing, content development, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems is a plus.
