We are currently seeking a Supportive Care Worker to join our Home Care and Private Duty Services team. In this role, you will provide comfort, companionship, and essential assistance with daily living activities supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity at home. With a flexible schedule that includes full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities, you will have the ability to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition

  • Providing emotional support, companionship, and a caring presence

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to appropriate staff

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communication

  • Supporting safe client environments and promoting independence

  • Traveling to client homes with reliable transportation

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • 1 year of geriatric care experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Compassionate and detail-oriented approach to care

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow care instructions

Licensure and Certifications:

  • CNA certification preferred

  • Valid drivers license required

  • Reliable transportation required
