This is a Flexible Part Time to Full Time position.
We're especially looking for someone with a specialty in working with Google Ads.

In order to finalize your application, please complete the platform proficiency assessment and the Meta Ads audit test. This will provide us with a clearer understanding of your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Lead the strategic direction for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and success metrics.
- Monitor campaign health and performance, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, new tools, and industry best practices.
- Attend virtual meetings during standard U.S. business hours (8am - 5pm CT).
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta
- Proven success with B2B and D2C brands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- U.S. residency required. (Texas residents preferred, but not required!)
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
