<p><b>Sr Pharmacy Account Executive – Cigna Pharmacy Management</b></p><p></p><p><b><i>**Please note this role is open to Cigna Group retirees only**</i></b></p><p></p><p>Join Cigna Pharmacy Management as a Sr Pharmacy Account Executive, where you will serve as a trusted pharmacy benefits expert supporting clients and driving growth across health plans. In this role, you will partner with medical sales teams, clients, and consultants to deliver strategic pharmacy solutions that improve outcomes, enhance client satisfaction, and lower total cost of care. </p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Manage and grow a defined book of business by supporting client retention, satisfaction, and pharmacy performance outcomes. </li><li>Serve as the pharmacy subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, clients, brokers, and consultants. </li><li>Partner with medical sales teams to execute retention and growth strategies aligned to client goals. </li><li>Lead client presentations and meetings, communicating performance results and recommending pharmacy solutions. </li><li>Identify and advance opportunities to expand pharmacy programs and increase overall value to the client. </li><li>Support pricing, competitive intelligence, and carve-out defense strategies to retain and grow accounts. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure effective service delivery and consistent client communication. </li><li>Analyze pharmacy utilization and trends to provide consultative insights and recommendations. </li><li>Support RFPs, finalist presentations, and implementation activities for new and existing business. </li><li>Act as an escalation point for pharmacy-related client issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. </li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications </b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of PBM or pharmacy-related experience supporting client accounts. </li><li>Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare operations. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to analyze data and develop actionable client recommendations. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 30% based on business needs. </li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required). </li><li>Experience working with brokers, consultants, and health plan clients. </li><li>Experience supporting complex pharmacy benefit strategies. </li><li>Strong consultative client management experience. </li></ul><p> </p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>About Cigna Healthcare </b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
