What You'll Do

As a Solution Architect, you'll be instrumental in translating complex customer requirements into robust, scalable, and adoptable technical solutions. You'll drive the architecture of enterprise-level systems, ensuring every detail aligns with both customer needs and Sitetracker's platform best practices. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and adoption, as you oversee the journey from concept to go-live and beyond. This role empowers you to influence strategic technical direction, enhance organizational delivery quality, and elevate Sitetracker's standing as a trusted partner.

The Skills You'll Have

Solution Design & Architecture

Design solution architecture for at least one end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
Document designs through comprehensive diagrams and technical specifications.
Break down complex requirements into system components
Architect multi-system or enterprise-level solutions across multiple business units.

Discovery & Requirements Translation

Lead customer discovery sessions to capture precise business needs.
Document business requirements in a structured and actionable way.

Within 365 Days, You'll

Design multi-system technical solutions for enterprise customers.
