Service Scheduler for a Fire Solutions Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly workloads for field technicians. • Send booking requests and appointment confirmations to clients through company systems. • Manage client responses and reschedule appointments as required. • Maintain email correspondence relating to service bookings and appointments. • Monitor technician schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity. • Coordinate urgent, reactive, and planned maintenance works. • Identify jobs requiring special parts, equipment, permits, or site access requirements prior to scheduling. • Liaise with technicians and the Service Manager to ensure jobs are appropriately allocated and prepared. • Maintain accurate scheduling records and job information within company systems. • Assist with improving workflow efficiency and scheduling processes<br><br><br>
