You’ll spend your first 6 months training at our Houston headquarters, rotating through key departments to gain real-world experience with our products, customers, and sales organization—before launching into a full-time sales role.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured rotational program across sales, engineering, operations, and customer support
- Learn Toshiba’s motors, drives, and industrial product applications
- Support quoting, order management, and customer interactions
- Work alongside experienced sales professionals and engineers
- Gain exposure to distributors, customer accounts, and real projects
