Job title: Public Health Program Director 1 (PHPD1) Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid - Remote with periodic in-person meetings) Duration: 9 months (W2-Contract) Preference: TN Residents Preferred Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Hours: 37.5 hours/week Position reputed company is seeking a Public Health Program Director 1 (PHPD1) to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the expansion of a maternal and infant health initiative, including the Welcome Home Kit project and the acquisition and implementation of call center and case management systems. The program is funded through the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program and focuses on reputed company access to care and maternal and infant health outcomes in rural counties designated as maternity care deserts. The selected candidate will provide program leadership, oversee grant-funded contracts and activities, support community-based partners, and serve as a key liaison between internal technical teams and software vendors. This position will report to the Deputy Director for Child Health.
