The department oversees Government Operations such as building construction, purchasing and contracting for goods and services, maintaining facilities, managing state vehicles, acquiring and disposing of real property, and operating auxiliary services such as courier mail delivery and the sale of state and federal surplus property. Additionally, the department manages many of the state's advocacy programs that provide assistance and services to diverse segments of the state's population that have been traditionally underserved.</span></span></p><p></p><p><b>Description of Work</b></p>The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the statewide review, approval, renewal, and training of Domestic Violence Intervention Programs (DVIPs) and to support the Domestic Violence Commission in fulfilling its statutory responsibilities. The position also manages the Division for Women & Youth’s statistical data collection and reporting processes and ensures accurate and timely updates to the Division’s website in partnership with DOA Communications. In addition, the position provides administrative and region office support, including tracking grantee documents, preparing authorizations, and serving as a first point of contact for constituents.<br><br>This position will be 100% homebased.<p></p><p><b>Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences</b></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>This posting will close at 11:59pm the night before the end date.</b> </span></p><p></p><p><b>MAX SALARY FOR THIS POSITION:</b> <b>$48,685</b></p><p></p><p><b>Recruitment Range: $43,267-$48,685</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>NOTE: "See Resume" is not acceptable to show work history.</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>DVIP/DVOM Coordination (40%)</b></p><ul><li><p>Staff and support the Domestic Violence Offender Management Committee including the biannual review process for DVIP program applications, including approval and denial decisions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update the statewide directory of approved DVIP programs for use by the courts.</p></li><li><p><span>In consultation with division leadership assist the DVOM in identifying, developing and training </span>for community partners, allied professionals (e.g., judges, DSS staff), and victim service agencies on appropriate referral practices, DVIP services, and their impact on survivor support.
