Process Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Process Coordinator to manage and streamline day-to-day operational processes within the company. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between departments, maintaining proper process flow, ensuring timely task completion, and supporting the operations team for smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.  Key Responsibilities ● Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and process execution. ● Maintain and track daily operational activities and follow-ups. ● Ensure proper coordination between sales, operations, accounts, and management teams. ● Handle process documentation, reports, and operational records. ● Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion. ● Assist management in process improvements and operational planning. ● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners whenever required. ● Maintain proper communication with team members regarding updates and process changes. ● Support the team in resolving operational issues and escalations. ● Prepare daily/weekly process reports for management review. ● Perform additional coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.  Required Skills & Qualifications ● Good communication and coordination skills. ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, emails, and reporting. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Good follow-up and problem-solving skills. ● Detail-oriented and responsible approach towards work. ● Prior experience in operations, coordination, or process management will be preferred.  Preferred Candidate Profile ● Graduate in any stream. ● MBA freshers may also apply. ● Candidates with travel industry experience will have an added advantage. ● Immediate joiners preferred.
