Move With Nefurjen is an online coaching service that specializes in fitness and nutrition programming for women under 5'4". We provide personalized training plans, meal plans, and 1:1 coaching to clients across the US and internationally.

Our methodology is built around the specific needs of our clientele, smaller calorie ranges, different biomechanics, body composition goals, and sustainable habit-building. We work with a culturally diverse client base and emphasize meal planning that reflects a wide range of food preferences and lifestyles.

We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled coach to join us as we scale.

The Role

We're hiring an Online Fitness Coach to take on a roster of Move With Nefurjen clients on a contract basis. This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement for a coaching professional looking to plug into a thriving client base.

You'll handle the full client experience, onboarding, programming, check-ins, and ongoing relationship, through our coaching platform. You set your own hours and work environment. We provide the clients, the platform, and the brand standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Onboard new clients through intake calls or written intake forms, understanding their goals, training history, lifestyle, and food preferences
  • Build personalized training programs and meal plans based on each client's goals
  • Track and manage client macros and nutrition, set initial macro targets, monitor food logs, adjust nutrition based on progress, and provide nutritional guidance as part of each client's coaching plan
  • Manage clients through Everfit, the platform we use for client coaching
  • Meet with clients regularly through video or voice calls to review progress and adjust the approach
  • Run weekly check-ins through written form, voice notes, or video, your call based on what works for the client
  • Review client-submitted exercise videos and provide form feedback and technique adjustments
  • Track client progress through measurements, progress photos, body composition data, and performance benchmarks
  • Adjust training and nutrition plans as clients progress, plateau, or have life changes
  • Proactively engage with clients to maintain motivation, accountability, and long-term retention
  • Refer clients to appropriate medical, mental health, or licensed nutrition professionals when their needs fall outside the scope of coaching
  • Keep client records up to date in Everfit
  • Provide daily client reports summarizing client activity, progress, adjustments made, and any flags that need attention — submitted to the Move With Nefurjen team through our agreed reporting format
  • Flag clients who request refunds, pauses, cancellations, or have concerns that need to be escalated to Move With Nefurjen leadership
  • Manage client offboarding professionally, including final check-ins and any handoff documentation
  • Deliver the coaching experience consistent with our brand voice and client experience standards

You bring your professional expertise and certifications. You set your own schedule and approach to delivering the work. We provide the brand, the client experience standards, and the platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Active personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NCSF, or equivalent) required
  • 2+ years of coaching experience, online or in person
  • Operates as an independent coaching professional able to align with our brand and client experience standards
  • Solid working knowledge of strength training, nutrition, and body composition principles
  • Experience designing both training programs and meal plans
  • Comfortable with Everfit (or quick to pick up coaching platforms)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Reliable, organized, self-directed
  • Comfortable on camera for client meetings
  • Stable internet and a professional remote setup

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience coaching clients with shorter-stature programming needs
  • A personal athletic or training background informing your coaching approach
  • A nutrition certification (Precision Nutrition Level 1, NASM-CNC, ISSA Nutritionist, etc.)
  • Familiarity with diverse cultural food preferences and meal planning approaches
  • Existing Everfit experience
  • Postpartum, prenatal, or pelvic floor coaching experience
  • Active professional liability insurance

The Engagement

  • Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Pay: $25,000–$60,000 per year, paid per active client per month (specific rate discussed in the interview)
  • Volume: 10–35 hours per week, with room to grow as the client base grows
  • Location: Remote (US-based candidates preferred)
  • Schedule: You set your own hours within agreed client response windows and deadlines
  • Platform: Client work is delivered through Everfit
  • Term: Ongoing, with terms outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement

This is a contractor engagement, so it doesn't include employee benefits like health insurance, PTO, retirement contributions, workers' comp, or unemployment insurance. As an independent contractor, you handle your own taxes, business expenses, insurance, and any required certifications.
