En Wherex, buscamos a nuestro próximo Office Coordinator. Tu misión será gestionar los procesos administrativos, de tesorería y servicios generales que aseguran el funcionamiento operativo y financiero diario de Wherex.
¿Que harás?
1. Gestión de tesorería y pagos
Elaborar y mantener actualizadas las planillas de quema de caja y control de efectivo.
Gestionar los pagos a proveedores y clientes internos, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de plazos.
Coordinar el proceso de pago de viáticos para los colaboradores/as.
Apoyar en la gestión de cobranza a clientes de Chile.
2. Administración de servicios generales
Coordinar los servicios de mantenimiento, aseo y funcionamiento general de las oficinas de Wherex.
Asegurar la disponibilidad y reposición de insumos para el correcto funcionamiento de los espacios de trabajo.
Gestionar las compras de productos de uso interno, garantizando eficiencia y trazabilidad.
3. Soporte administrativo transversal
Apoyar administrativamente a las distintas áreas y contrapartes del equipo de Finanzas y otras unidades.
Administrar, mantener y proponer mejoras en el proyecto “Admin” en Jira, automatizando procesos y centralizando solicitudes.
Participar en la gestión de preventas de clientes proveedores, colaborando con otras áreas para facilitar la operación comercial.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación profesional en Ingeniería en administración de empresas, Contabilidad, secretariado.
- Experiencia en áreas administrativas, contables o de finanzas, idealmente en entornos dinámicos o startups.
- Deseable experiencia en la coordinación con proveedores, control de gastos y/o apoyo a equipos internos.
- Participación en procesos de gestión de pagos, compras, o coordinación de servicios generales (puede ser en prácticas o trabajos anteriores).
- Deseable manejo sistemas ERP y experiencia Excel avanzado.
