You will build and maintain production-ready sites using <b>Framer</b>, integrate AI tools including Claude, Midjourney, and Firefly into your standard design workflow, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and drive ambiguity to resolution.<br><br><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b><br>- Develop a working understanding of the product, its users, business model, competitive landscape, and opportunities, translating insights into a coherent design strategy;<br>- Define design principles, information architecture, and UX patterns aligned with product goals;<br>- Lead discovery efforts by identifying what needs to be designed, not just how to design it;<br>- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and communicate design rationale clearly;<br>- Own design from concept to delivery, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI;<br>- Build and maintain production-ready sites and landing pages using <b>Framer</b> or similar no-code/low-code tools;<br>- Use AI tools such as <b>ChatGPT</b>, <b>Claude</b>, <b>Midjourney</b>, <b>Firefly</b>, and <b>Copy.ai</b> to generate and iterate on content, visuals, and design variations;<br>- Establish and evolve design systems and component libraries;<br>- Proactively identify ambiguity and drive alignment through workshops, structured discussions, and design proposals;<br>- Present design work with clear rationale, knowing when to challenge assumptions and when to adapt;<br>- Set and manage design timelines independently.<br><br><b>MUST HAVES</b><br>- <b>9+ years of UX/Product Design experience</b>, including at least <b>2 years in a Lead or Principal capacity</b>;<br>- Demonstrated ability to own product design strategy, not just execute predefined requirements;<br>- Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, problem-solving, and visual design quality;<br>- Hands-on experience building with <b>Framer</b> (sites, CMS, interactions);<br>- Fluency with AI content generation tools integrated into a real design workflow;<br>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate incomplete or ambiguous briefs;<br>- Upper-intermediate English level.<br><br><b>NICE TO HAVES</b><br>- Background in <b>MarTech</b>, <b>CRM</b>, marketing automation, or <b>B2B SaaS</b>;<br>- Experience in travel, hospitality, or booking platforms;<br>- Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale;<br>- Working knowledge of <b>HTML</b>, <b>CSS</b>, and <b>JavaScript</b> to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and extend Framer capabilities.<br><br><b>PERKS AND BENEFITS</b><br>- <b>Professional growth</b>: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.<br>- <b>Competitive compensation</b>: We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive compensation.<br>- <b>Exciting projects</b>: Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients, including Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands.<br>- <b>Flextime</b>: Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, with options for remote work and flexible hours.<br><br>
