Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Human Resources Specialist (Classification & Recruitment) to join our dynamic HR department. This position plays a key role in supporting organizational success through the development, implementation, and oversight of classification and recruitment strategies. You will collaborate with department leaders to attract top talent while ensuring roles are accurately classified, compliant with policies, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities
Conduct position classification reviews and evaluations to determine appropriate job titles, grades, and pay levels in accordance with organizational frameworks.
Design and implement targeted recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates for a wide variety of roles.
Prepare and post job announcements, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and support selection processes.
Ensure all recruitment and classification practices are in compliance with company policies, employment laws, and equity guidelines.
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, determine recruitment strategies, and advise on candidate selection.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate regular reports on hiring metrics and trends.
Develop and deliver training sessions for managers on recruitment best practices, job classification processes, and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
