Job Title: HCC Medical Coder

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on experience & certifications)


Job Summary: We are hiring HCC Medical Coders for US-based healthcare clients. This role involves risk adjustment coding using ICD-10-CM codes to ensure accurate reimbursement and compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10 codes as per HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) models
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with payer guidelines
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Participate in internal audits and implement feedback from QA and auditing teams
  • Collaborate with team leads and stay updated with coding and CMS regulation changes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health
  • CPC / CRC certification (AAPC) preferred (mandatory for experienced coders)
  • 0.6 to 3 years of experience in HCC coding
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines, risk adjustment models (CMS, HHS), and documentation improvement
  • Good communication skills and experience with EMR/EHR systems

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
  • Fixed day or rotational shift (based on client)
  • Remote onboarding and support available for Delhi-based candidates
