Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on experience & certifications)
Job Summary: We are hiring HCC Medical Coders for US-based healthcare clients. This role involves risk adjustment coding using ICD-10-CM codes to ensure accurate reimbursement and compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10 codes as per HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) models
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with payer guidelines
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks
- Participate in internal audits and implement feedback from QA and auditing teams
- Collaborate with team leads and stay updated with coding and CMS regulation changes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health
- CPC / CRC certification (AAPC) preferred (mandatory for experienced coders)
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience in HCC coding
