Financial Planning Analyst

<p>Our client is seeking an early-career financial professional interested in developing into a client-facing advisory role over time. This position offers a structured growth path into wealth management, including hands-on mentorship, exposure to complex planning strategies, and direct interaction with high-net-worth clients.</p><p><br></p><p>The individual in this role will support senior advisors with financial planning initiatives, client deliverables, and ongoing relationship management while continuing to build technical expertise and industry knowledge. The position also provides opportunities to participate in select client engagements and gradually assume increased responsibility.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in the preparation and organization of financial plans, reviews, and client presentation materials</li><li>Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up coordination, and ongoing client communications</li><li>Participate in client meetings, document action items, and help ensure timely execution of deliverables</li><li>Maintain accurate information within planning and CRM systems</li><li>Conduct research related to investments, planning strategies, and employee benefit programs as needed</li><li>Collaborate with internal team members on client service, operations, and planning initiatives</li><li>Attend team strategy and investment-related meetings</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Ideal Background:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Financial Planning, or related field</li><li>Advanced degree or progress toward professional designations such as CFP, CFA, CPA, or similar credentials is viewed favorably</li><li>Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or exposure to financial planning, wealth management, banking, or advisory environments</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Familiarity with financial planning and CRM platforms is beneficial</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><ul><li>Base salary expected to fall in the $65,000–$80,000 range, depending on experience and overall fit</li><li>Additional quarterly incentive compensation tied to both personal contributions and firm performance, bringing estimated total annual earnings potential into approximately the $80,000–$120,000 range</li><li>Employer-sponsored retirement plan with company contributions that may reach up to 7% initially, with increased contribution opportunities tied to tenure</li><li>Long-term career advancement potential, including future participation and ownership opportunities for top-performing professionals</li><li>Paid time off package including 11 company holidays plus 15 discretionary PTO days annually</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid premiums for employees and eligible dependents</li><li>Employer-funded HSA contributions</li><li>Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability benefits</li></ul><p></p>
