Performance Marketing Manager | Real Estate Lead Generation | Google Ads | Meta Ads | High-Intent Leads Role & responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across: - Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - LinkedIn Ads (NRI/HNI targeting) - Generate qualified, high-intent leads for residential and luxury real estate projects - Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnels (awareness to conversion) - Optimize campaigns for: - Cost per Lead (CPL) - Lead Quality - Conversion Rate - Create and optimize: - Landing pages - Ad creatives - Audience targeting - Work closely with sales team to improve: - Lead qualification - Site visits - Closures - Track and analyze campaign performance using: - Google Analytics - Tag Manager - CRM tools - Run continuous A/B testing and scaling strategies Preferred candidate profile - 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing - Proven track record in real estate lead generation - Robust expertise in: - Google Ads - Meta Ads Manager - LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Experience managing high-budget campaigns (10L+/month preferred) - Strong understanding of: - Real estate buyer journey - High-ticket sales funnels - Lead qualification Preferred Experience: - Experience in Dubai real estate lead generation - Experience in international / NRI leads - Exposure to luxury / premium segment real estate
