Join us.</p> </div> <p><strong><strong>Help streamline our customers’ customs processes</strong></strong><strong><strong>The opportunity:</strong></strong></p> <p>Flexport is growing rapidly, with 2,000+ Flexporters across 16 offices and warehouses worldwide—and we’re just getting started.</p> <p>As a <strong>Customs Broker</strong>, you’ll be part of the customs operations team and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth entry of goods into Canada. Your work directly supports Flexport’s end customers in meeting their compliance goals by completing shipment clearances. Most importantly, you’ll help take Flexport’s customs operations to the next level—enabling us to scale effectively and make our mission of making global trade easy for everyone a reality.</p> <p><strong><strong>You will:</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and submit customs entries for high-profile clients</li> <li>Digitally prepare and submit all documentation required for goods to clear with CBSA</li> <li>Keep current on all CBSA regulations and procedures, as well as those of Participating Government Agencies (PGA’s)</li> <li>Review and organize incoming documents to ensure compliance with CBSA and PGA reporting requirements</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service support to clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their interactions with Flexport</li> <li>Learn and follow international customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements to ensure compliance with import and export requirements</li> <li>Participate in training programs to strengthen your customs compliance knowledge and stay up to date on changes to customs regulations and industry practices</li> <li>Multiple shifts available</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong>You should have:</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>CCS designation</li> <li>A solid understanding of CARM</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>A strong drive to make clients happy—your success is their success</li> <li>The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason call for it.
