This role partners closely with HR and executive leadership to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives while minimizing legal and financial risks. Key Responsibilities Essential Job Duties: <ul><li>Support the administration, maintenance, and consistent application of 1099 and W2 contracts.</li><li>Draft NDAs, confidentiality, contractor, employment, consulting, and other agreements and amendments, as needed.</li><li>Provide guidance and interpretation of contractual terms, obligations, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Maintenance of a comprehensive contract baseline and record system.</li><li>Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment and build partnerships within the team and across the organization.</li><li>Handle compensation information with discretion, confidentiality, accuracy, and sound judgment.</li><li>Perform all other duties that may be requested or assigned. </li></ul>Skills, Knowledge And Expertise Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business management, law, or related field, and 2+ years of related contracting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
