Apoyamos a nuestros clientes en la definición y ejecución de sus planes de transformación estratégica, a través de soluciones globales e innovadoras en las áreas de Metodología, Riesgo de Mercado, Front Office, Validación Interna y otros equipos Cuantitativos .
¿Qué buscamos?
- Titulación universitaria en Matemáticas, Física, Ingeniería, Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar .
- Máster en Finanzas Cuantitativas (deseable).
- Comprensión del papel de la tecnología como motor clave de la transformación digital.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office , nivel avanzado en Excel y PowerPoint .
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (SCRUM, etc.) deseable.
- Familiaridad con métodos numéricos y procesos estocásticos deseable.
- Conocimiento de los modelos comúnmente utilizados en la valoración de opciones y derivados deseable.
- Conocimientos de programación : Python, Matlab, R, SAS, SQL, VBA (deseable).
- Conocimiento de tecnología financiera (Murex) deseable.
- Colaboración con las principales instituciones financieras en España, LATAM y EE. UU.
- Participación en proyectos relacionados con Murex, Front Office, Riesgo de Mercado, transición IBOR/TIIE y Metodología .
- Experiencia en la validación de componentes de P&L, sensibilidades, estimaciones, VaR para derivados de FX, IR, CR, COMM y EQ .
- Calibración de curvas en Murex/Mercury .
- Gestión integral de proyectos , incluyendo elaboración de planes, gestión de plazos, recursos, tareas y planes de acción.
- Coordinación y liderazgo de reuniones con el cliente , comunicando eficazmente entre las distintas áreas implicadas (negocio, tecnología, etc.).
- Consolidación, transmisión e implementación del conocimiento adquirido en los proyectos en los que participes.
- Supervisión de consultores senior y junior , organizando sus planes de trabajo, controlando la calidad de sus entregables y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de la compañía.
- Liderazgo y presentación de propuestas comerciales .
- Participación activa en el desarrollo de la oferta de Markets .
- Incorporación y formación de consultores junior (seguimiento continuo, formación en nuevas tendencias y fomento del intercambio de conocimiento).
