Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a CONSULTOR/A FUNCIONAL en PeopleNet, con experiencia de al menos 5 años en la gestión e implementación de procesos de Recursos Humanos, Nómina, Seguridad Social, Beneficios Sociales y Administración de Personal, que participe en la implantación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del sistema , asegurando la correcta alineación entre los procesos del negocio y la solución tecnológica .

CONOCIMIENTOS IMPRESCINDIBLES
- Grado o Máster en Relaciones Laborales (o similar).
- CEGID/Peoplenet (Avanzado).
- MS Excel Avanzado.
- Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de implantación en entorno consultoría como Consultor Funcional PeopleNet.
- Conocimiento funcional de procesos de Recursos Humanos.
- Experiencia en parametrización y configuración funcional en PeopleNet.
- Capacidad de análisis técnico y funcional y levantamiento de documentación.
- Experiencia en validación de desarrollos técnicos y ciclos de pruebas.
- Experiencia en soporte a usuarios.
- Capacidad de relación e interlocución tanto con usuarios clave de RRHH, como con el equipo de mantenimiento técnico de la aplicación.
- Experiencia en la gestión del ciclo completo de Nómina y Seguridad Social para empresas con alto volumen de nóminas y esquemas multiconvenio.
- Conocimientos en los estándares de calidad de los procesos asociados a las áreas funcionales de Nómina, Seguridad Social y Administración de Personal.
- Conocimientos en normativa laboral española y Seguridad Social.
- Capacidad de gestión de múltiples proyectos.
