In the beginning, you will be very hands-on: researching accounts, prospecting outbound opportunities, testing messaging, booking meetings and learning what works. As the function grows, you will help recruit, onboard and develop a team around the playbook you have helped prove.</span></p><p class="MsoBodyText"><span>Youāll be part of our energetic commercial team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Enablement to create quality pipeline and support our commercial ambitions across North America.</span></p><p leadership potential within a business development function.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, qualification and pipeline creation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience using data and reporting to improve team performance and
