Must be able to operate forklift to complete setup with certification. Operate golf carts and oversized motor vehicles with certification. May be required to perform tasks outside of specific scope of work as assigned.<br><br><strong>Lifeguard/WSI/Supervisory Positions: </strong>This position oversee the safety of patrons in, on and around the aquatic facility and deal with issues as they arise. Water Safety Instructors (WSI) require additional certification to teach swim lessons. Supervisory positions require a combination of certifications, knowledge, skills and experience.<br><br><strong>Museum Store Associate (Clark County Museum): </strong>This position will include closing and securing all buildings and serving as a cashier in the museum store. Duties will also include answering phones, handling visitor inquiries, stocking and organizing merchandise, assisting with special events, and other various tasks as assigned.<br><br><strong>Recreation Assistant (Front Desk, Day Camp, Sports, Classes): </strong>This position will involve working with the public. Duties will include answering phones, handling customer inquiries, using a computer to sell merchandise, schedule reservations, rent equipment, cash handling, giving out center and community information, set up and break down for various activities, and other various tasks as assigned.<br><br><strong>Recreation Program Assistant (Safekey): </strong>This position<strong> </strong>will be responsible for supervision of children ages 6-12 in an active environment facilitating recreational activities such as board games, sports, arts & crafts, and special events. Employee will serve as a positive role model for participants promoting and ensuring County department and Safekey policies and procedures are followed.Certain jobs may require heavy lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and/or working out of doors in all climate conditions.
