Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive YouTube Content Moderator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated video content on YouTube to ensure it aligns with community guidelines, safety standards, and platform policies. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for digital media, a strong sense of judgment, and a commitment to creating a safe and respectful online environment.
Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and moderate video content in alignment with YouTubes policies and community standards. Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content in a timely and accurate manner. Flag and escalate severe violations or emerging risks to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when moderating sensitive or graphic content. Provide clear and constructive feedback to content creators when necessary. Stay up to date with platform updates, industry regulations, and evolving content trends.
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance your understanding of the role. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with content and creators.
