Web Developer for SEO-Driven Multi-Location Site Restructuring (Healthcare)

We are a growing multi-specialty medical practice (Wellspire) with several clinics across the Greater Houston area (Humble, Humble NE, Atascocita, Kingwood, Cypress, and Memorial City). We recently implemented foundational SEO (focus keywords, meta descriptions, and page titles) from scratch, which successfully pushed several of our providers to page one of Google!

Now, we are looking to take our SEO strategy to the next level. We want to transition from purely localized clinic pages to a comprehensive regional SEO structure.

What We Need:

We need an experienced Web Developer with a strong background in SEO and multi-location site architecture. Our goal is to build out a new hierarchical location structure for each of our medical specialties.

For example, we want to create a main regional hub page targeting a broad keyword like "Houston Cardiology," which will then branch out into localized sub-pages for each clinic (e.g., "Humble Cardiology," "Kingwood Cardiology," etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a new, tiered page hierarchy (Main Regional Page ➔ Localized Sub-Pages) for multiple medical specialties.

• Ensure the URL structure, internal linking, and site architecture follow SEO best practices for multi-location businesses.

• Work off a provided structural outline/wireframe to build out these interconnected pages.

• Ensure the new structure is fully responsive, fast-loading, and provides an excellent user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven web development experience (please specify which CMS platforms you are most proficient in, e.g., WordPress).

• Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO, specifically for local and regional search strategies.

• Demonstrated past experience working with multi-location businesses and building out hub-and-spoke SEO structures.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

To Apply, Please Include:

1. Examples of similar multi-location or regional website structures you have built.

2. A brief explanation of how you approach setting up URL structures and internal linking for a parent/child location hierarchy.

3. Your estimated timeline to build out a template structure that we can replicate across our specialties.
