This position is responsible for daily warehouse operations, inventory management, fleet coordination, and tracking the maintenance of company vehicles and heavy equipment.</p><p><br></p><p>Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring our field operations have the tools and equipment they need every day.</p><p><br></p><strong><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>Warehouse Operations</p></strong><p><br></p><p>* Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming materials and inventory.</p><p>* Pick, stage, and distribute materials for technicians and installation teams.</p><p>* Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.</p><p>* Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.</p><p>* Coordinate material transfers between warehouse and field personnel.</p><p>* Assist with vendor deliveries and returns.</p><p>* Ensure critical inventory levels are maintained.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Fleet & Equipment Management</strong></p><p><br></p><p>* Maintain detailed records for all company vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment.</p><p>* Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, licensing, and registrations.</p><p>* Track vehicle mileage, maintenance history, and equipment utilization.</p><p>* Schedule repairs with vendors to minimize downtime.</p><p>* Monitor fleet condition and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems.</p><p>* Coordinate the assignment, tracking, and return of company equipment.</p><p>* Maintain accurate documentation for warranties, service records, and inspections.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p><p>* Support field teams with equipment availability and logistics.</p><p>* Work closely with operations and dispatch to ensure technicians are properly equipped.</p><p>* Track missing or damaged equipment and coordinate replacements.</p><p>* Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.</p><p>* Assist with special projects as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>* 3+ years of warehouse, fleet, logistics, or operations experience preferred.</p><p>* Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance or equipment management is strongly preferred.</p><p>* Strong organizational and time management skills.</p><p>* Excellent attention to detail.</p><p>* Comfortable using computers and learning inventory or fleet management software.</p><p>* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</p><p>* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.</p><p>* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is someone who:</p><p><br></p><p>* Takes ownership and follows through.</p><p>* Is highly organized and process-driven.</p><p>* Anticipates problems before they happen.</p><p>* Enjoys building efficient systems.</p><p>* Works well independently while supporting a larger team.</p><p>* Takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p>If you’re looking to join a rapidly growing company where your work directly impacts the success of the business every day, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
