- Provides courteous responses and excellent customer service when fielding inquiries from consumers, clinic staff, physicians, colleagues, and leaders.
- Actively works with staff and supervisors to achieve established performance metric standards.
- Maintains knowledge of services and AdventHealth offerings to properly direct inquiries when outside of service’s scope.
- Demonstrates excellent customer-care skills and provides virtual clinical care within the nursing scope of practice.
- Utilizes critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to provide triage to symptomatic consumers in accordance with scope of practice.
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: Days 10:30am-7:00 pm M-F
