Virtual Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Deliver marketing generated sales presentations over the computer using screen-sharing technology
  • Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads
  • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs of each potential owner
  • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction
  • Contact owners to monitor satisfaction and develop future business opportunities
  • Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to owners
  • Establish trust with the prospective owners throughout the sales process
  • Customize the sales presentation based on the needs of prospective owners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of on‑site timeshare sales experience with documented performance results
  • Open availability Monday through Saturday, mornings and evenings
  • Residence required in Florida, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or South Carolina
  • Active Real Estate or Timeshare Sales license for one of the listed states
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Team.
  • Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
  • Two years plus related face to face timeshare sales experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in virtual sales methodology (Preferred)
