About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Sales & Distribution for the Northeast territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial performance and operations of the assigned territory, driving and developing a world-class retail execution team, and ensuring the best-in-class sales and operations processes. This senior leadership role requires managing expectations, leading, coaching, and developing the leadership team to meet or exceed key performance indicators, and flawlessly executing sales and distribution targets. The VP will also be tasked with developing and delivering annual business plans, evaluating market conditions, and working closely with the team to define and achieve strategic business goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years\' management experience in both beverage supplier and distributor businesses with a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) model, a proven track record in sales, and key account management. The role demands exceptional leadership skills, the ability to inspire and lead a successful sales organization, and a strong background in P&L influence and ownership. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of DOT compliance, OSHA regulations, and other employment law needs, as well as experience in talent and performance management. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, and the candidate should be adept at using internal and external data sources to drive business decisions.
